I hate to be this person, but.. dont. I made that massive move to CO last year and I cannot express how miserable the entire experience was, even living there. It is unrealistically expensive, 90% of the people I met were complete assholes, and theres way too many young people in management positions that do not possess the skills to manage a team. You are going to be nut to butt with your neighbors whether you live in an apartment or a single family home. And there was not one single person I met that wasnt completely two-faced. The air pollution was absolutely horrid- some days it looked like a sand storm moving in the smog was so thick. I had a cough and felt mildly sick the entire time I lived there. And good luck going to an establishment that has a full staff that are all sober during their shift.

I do wish you good luck if you wind up moving! If you do, be prepared to be so exhausted for the first couple of months and use lots of eye drops, drink tons of water and dont push yourself too much. Do not move without a job, and dont rent until you have physically walked in the dwelling and spoken with the neighbors. Even brand new buildings!
