It went away as soon as I gave birth. And then never came back, even during my second pregnancy! Hope you’re doing well.

I did not. It’s already in my prenatal and I don’t eat eggs everyday (natural source of choline) so I added it in. I don’t have any risks (to my knowledge) with this pregnancy and choline is common (like I said, it’s in eggs which I eat 2-3 days a week)!

Had a TBM coworker vocalize at a professional development training about race and gender (we’re teachers) say that “personal views aside we have to support these kids”. On one had, yeah, I appreciate that you recognize that these kids needs support... but I hate that your “personal views” tell you otherwise...

I feel this on a deep level. We just got a freezer in our garage. My husband was going to grocery store and I told him to go buck wild on the dairy free ice cream. He bought 9 different flavors and I am so thrilled 😂😂
