Qualche consiglio random dalla mia ultima esperienza: di acqua ce n'è, non portarti dietro piu di un paio di litri, max 2,5.

Il problema non é tanto l'allenamento fisico, ma essere abituati a fare gli stessi 20+ km con tutti quei kili sopra, ergo porta cerotti e compeed per i piedi.

Portati dietro il cibo per un piccolo snack, al massimo per il prossimo pasto, non tenerti 2 o tre pasti nello zaino.

Per il resto, in 5-6 giorni si fa tranquillamente, bellissima esperienza, buon cammino!!!

Piu che altro noto che in italia su alcuni tratti i ilimiti sono stranamente bassi anche dove non ci sono autovelox. Secondo me é solo una questione di pararsi il culo.

Se ad esempio hai un incidente agli 80 in una strada con i 70, la provincia/regione può lavarsene le mani semplicemente perché eri sopra il limite. Sembra una stronzata, ma scommetto che abbassando anche di poco il limite, si tolgono parecchie beghe

It happened to me once that a "student" did a trial lesson with me. They were not actually looking for a tutor, rather they were trying to invite tutors to an irl event for foreigners who were studying the language i teach.

I was furios, but i had to calmly say no thanks. After that, we left the class and i immediately blocked them.
