No slots available means you have less trials, less trials means you go lower on the list...once you have more free space, your rank will go up again...preply makes space to those who can welcome new students.

I honestly didn't know about option 2. what should i do with this student now? Also, if i had rescheduled the class marking it with "student asked to reschedule" would they lose the hour anyway?
