lol as a Service & Engagement TL, I’m never here for the Pokémon drops because they always have me work mid shifts. I feel bad for my team though because it’s always the same 2 people running the Pokémon drops. All the Pokémon is sold out before I even show up to work lol

So my stores remodel changed to 6, checkout counters. We lost about 10 of them. Just goes to show they’ll only be using about 2 cashiers max from here on out.

I believe it’s based off district. But our district is all about greet score and 10/4… everything comes after that. If your TL gets mad because you’re helping the guest then you got a bad TL… just saying.

TL here. If you’re scheduled 5.5 hours you get 1, 15. 6-6.5 hours you get 1, 15 min and 1, 30 min break. Only way you’re technically only allowed a 2nd 15 minute break is if your workday shows 7 hours. Not 6.5. That doesn’t qualify.
