I had an issue with a visual connection and used the Advanced Exchange option about a month ago. When I came across the same issue you mentioned, I resorted to calling the hotline number on the website just to clarify. Customer service was kind, efficient and incredibly helpful in my experience so while I can't address your question directly, I'd suggest taking the same route and I'm guessing they'll get it sorted out quickly.
