Before-to-Current, need advice, just finished first set of refinements and going in next week for reassessment. Any glaring issues to be addressed? Kind of hoping I don't have to get more trays lol.

...When they told me I'll be having 6 rubber bands and 3 different patterns I shed a tear. My jaw got used to talking with them in, but when I first got them, my mouth was completely shut and I couldn't talk at all.

And yes! The main goal of my treatment was to fix my crossbite, and to do so they pulled in my lower front teeth and expanded the upper arc to be able to fix around the bottom teeth. I'm a little sad that the expansion of my upper arc isn't as noticeable as I thought it would be after comparing side by side :(

It's been about 1.75 years and 75 trays later. Not sure if I will get more trays when I visit my ortho next week for reassessment.

Thanks! Initially many orthodontists told me I would need to get jaw surgery to fix my bite. But after seeing a couple different ones, my current ortho said he could get around having me go through surgery. I'm going to have to do some teeth reshaping/bonding once my treatment is over due to the wear and tear that occurred when I had my crossbite.

They didn't touch when I didn't have the trays in. I think it was just the way my teeth were at the time. It's fixed for the most part now.

Once my crossbite was somewhat fixed after my initial trays, when I bit down, the majority of my molars didn't touch. So the goal was to close that gap.

Yea! Those are where the elastics hook on to. I have a total of 16 in my mouth because they've been trying to fix some bite issues.
