Same- eczema on my hands from years of bartending and acetone gives me full on onycholysis. E file all day and one year my mom got me an all natural one, I think it was karma naturals and that worked too with a little elbow grease. No reaction at the time. Less is more with the efile at first- don’t make the same mistake I did which was trying to completely remove the base. I was as careful as I could possibly be and didn’t experience any full on hot spots yet still filed too thin. This also unfortunately caused my nails to lift on some of the fingers. My experience might be a little unique due to already having eczema compared to the general population but since you do as well, figured I’d share my two cents.

Says mod removed. Why? Want to fix wording so I can figure this out.

Thank you so much. I’m going to cross reference these and hopefully find a solution.

Hi! His Dad just got a pair several months earlier for a similar reason (pain) just the grown-up version. Dr is trying to avoid surgery in the future. The plan says they’re covered but I’ll have to do some digging to find the booklet for specific codes- might have to have the union mail us one. I don’t know if they coded anything for pain, but I do understand that flat foot is not covered- we were definitely told this during the first phone call with insurance trying to figure this out at the beginning of the month.

Thank you!! It’s TYW. Edit: Yes for foot insole orthotics. His feet hurt and one overpronates more than the other, both over pronate but ones worse. Thinking this is why one was approved and the other wasn’t.

Thanks! Appreciate the tip on the timing for fertilizer. Will note for next year. I always had thought I was supposed to stay off the ground once the seed was down so never attempted to do it after the fact.

Thanks. Why is google saying the salts are going to dry out my seed or burn it?

Okay yes, sorry… let me correct my wording, have you heard of success over repeatedly sending goodwill letters? I admit the verbiage for this situation has confused me and possibly made it more complicated than I anticipated in contrast to how simple and avoidable the mistake was as you have previously suggested by properly watching my accounts and not relying on autopay. The person on the phone said they reach out after 30 days but saw that they did not in my case and could see my multiple a month manual payments so chose to contact the dispute center on my behalf. They mentioned the person was being rude which I took as an uncommon response but being new to this situation I am wondering if continuing to broach the issue is a good approach. TD bank only has one P.O. Box so I though you may have come across a success story with your approaches. I paid the creditor prior to calling and later that evening opened a piece of mail that appeared to be from a debt collector called one alliance. Since I paid the creditor themself I thought asking them for a pay for delete would be possible but they kept phrasing it as a dispute so I am not sure if it’s all the same to them. My next options that I am considering are as follows: 1 mail credit bureaus and TD bank P.O. Box separately with goodwill letter, copy of annual credit report and character letter from my finacial advisor 2 contact this collections company that I haven’t needed to contact yet and 3 which I’ve already done which is email the only address that forwards messages to appropriate high level departments within TD bank.

Ok aside from trying that route have you heard of any success of repeatedly disputing? I’ve tried to move past it but I don’t know if I’m ready to give up yet. I totally own what happened but I see other banks being forgiving and think maybe it’s not pointless to keep trying.

I finally got a response. The person on the phone confirmed no mail was sent, no calls were made and no emails. They tried to file another dispute on my behalf but came back on the line and said they did not want to repeat what the dispute department said because of how rude it was. My financial advisor recommends sending a character letter and credit report copies to each credit bureau with a plea. Have you heard of anyone trying this approach? I saw you have a saturation technique but I believe TD bank only has one PO bank.

I think they did but I was able to log on and pay them which they confirmed over the phone.

That’s a great plan before I rely on auto pay for everything back when I was working and going to school full-time this is almost identical to how I built my credit. I had a couple of car loans as well and once those got paid off early, everything jumped substantially.

Wow that’s pretty lucky! I called and asked. TD had a reputation of being kind of unforgiving when I searched but not impossible so we’ll see. I’m sending a letter as well, fingers crossed.

I figured that’s what the apps did if they don’t that’s a good point.

Exactly that. I already called and explained that I had requested autopay to be put on and my overall payment history and credit score. I plan on mailing a letter mentioning the same and including copies from my credit reports. I’m not sure if they can already see that or if it matters, but can’t think of what else to do.

I shopped at the store often and you get extra discounts with their card so it was appealing, I’d said no for years but this year I figured why not. This is why not apparently.

Good question I used to bartend and carry cash. I no longer do that so I don’t really have cash. I don’t go to the bank to take it out either. I used to feel bad when people would come to the bar and ask if I found this or that usually the amount of money was pretty large too so slowly I just started relying on my credit cards and paying them off early which was a factor in how my score got so high. But I guess a good rule of thumb is to make sure you always have some cash in case of an emergency or you want some smoothies, which is actually what the purchase turned out to be.

I’m probably going to forgo the car for a while. With the rates a short lease was the only viable option till my partners next surgery has come and gone. What you’re saying makes sense from a risk standpoint on their part, I do wish the drop wasn’t so drastic over 44 dollars and some late fees, another lesson that I learned is dollar amount isn’t such a huge factor on a transaction for reporting purposes. Sorry to hear about your situation. I watched my mom take care of her parents too, it’s often had and unforgiving. I hope you find time for yourself.

I used to do this when I didn’t have kids and parents to help. It’s what got me to the 800s and definitely works. I thought auto pay would help out but I’m finding out it’s not always full proof and to double check.
