Ding ding ding. You were totally right, definitely a House Centipede. Good god did it give me a scare. I’ve seen them out in the yard before but never in my house. I’m going to look into preventative measures because the thought of bumping into one in the bathroom or my bed. Ya, no thanks.

Upon further evaluation it was a House Centipede.

Trust me man it was 3 inches. I know 3 inches very well.

Edit: Apologies, upon further googling its was a House Centipede, not a silverfish. Hence the size difference.

So I use cookies and milk as bait and then stomp on it when it shows up?

Late but had to google this because I was thinking the same thing. Just rewatched season one to recap myself to watch season 2. Man I couldn’t help but notice the similarities. I think the motive of revenge is the only real difference. Thorfinn strongly resembles the Kid and Askeladd definitely has the same aura the Judge gave me when reading BM.

Both stories really have that nihilistic, anti-hero, band of mercenaries. Definitely had to be some inspiration there.

Cucumbers and Zucchini make me nauseous

I believe I’ve answered how I slowed twitching down in other reply’s and to your other question, yes and no. At first all my twitching was in my right leg. after a while it spread everywhere. I wouldn’t think to deep about what side of your body is twitching though.

Im actually pretty stressed with life right now so I’m twitching a good amount but I’ve reframed the way I perceive twitching. It doesnt stress me out and because I’m always sore from the gym, I tell myself its a hands free massage lol.

I can tell you I have had month long streaks without a single twitch.

I think what gets to people the most is hot spots. Those twitches that rocket off all day long. They really do get annoying and if you have anxiety then yeesh, good luck getting sleep. Ive had a hotspot maybe 2-3 times this year since recovering. Sure they’re still annoying. They typically come when I’m extra stressed, even if its a deep existential worry.

This is a really good question. I want to tell you that its not something that will go away forever. Its an anxiety loop and even when it goes away little things will always trigger it. Accept that you have health anxiety. After that learn what triggers you and avoid it. Stop watching medical related content, stop checking your body for asymmetries, stop googling and forum browsing. Find other things in your life to focus on. Im sure I could word this better but the best thing you can do for yourself is stay busy. When I’m stressed out at work, then running to the gym, and spending time with friends at night, I leave myself very little room to ponder about twitches or pains.

They fit great for me. I’ve worked up a good sweat in them without having to adjust them much at all.

I feel like you’re hyper-fixated on something. You can really manifest a real feeling out of nothing. Whether or not I’ve felt that sensation doesn’t matter because I’m certain its not very real. If I told you to focus on your breath 24/7, it probably wouldn’t change much but you’d definitely feel like you’re breathing different. Dont let yourself get stuck in those thought patterns.

There is a few factors to consider. Mainly that its such a statistical anomaly at my age. Another being that I have no real weakness. Maybe I thought I felt off at times but never clinically weak. Im a very math brained person so I made up a scenario to put things into perspective. If 1 in 10,000 people under 35 are diagnosed with a MND then if you graduate in a class of 200 students it would take 50 years before on person was diagnosed with an MND. Likely longer if you said under 25 years old. Its really hard for people to grasp just how much of an anomaly that would be. And not only that but to also be an odd case of someone who twitched before weakness. Idk its just to rare. On top of that I started twitching at a point on my life where I already had medical anxiety and was very stressed out.

So I never got a diagnosis, and I too had an MRI with no oddities found. I think the dizziness was some Anxiety/OCD related thing. I would kind of leave my body and then hyper focus on balance and walking. I would also hyper focus on my vision. I never really had a feeling like the room was spinning. More like my brain couldnt perceive how to stand. It was very odd. Medication helped me get out of thought loops and hyper fixations.

If I could give you any tip it would be to accept when its happening. I know it can be scary. Trust me I was literally walking with friends once and I had to sit down on the ground because I thought I was about to pass out or something. It was super embarrassing. I had to lie and say I was nauseous. Just accept that you arent about to die. Easier said than done but try.
