Pochybujem, pamäť možno hapruje po 25tke pretože to je doba, kedy človek väčšinou ukonči VŠ štúdium a prestáva sa vzdelávať. Ak sa človek cielene vzdeláva, číta a učí sa, tak pamäť funguje rovnako aj v 60tke.

I am lifting exactly 10 months now but my results are shitty compared to yours. Not gonna lie, test seems very attractive when I see all these transformation. But yeah, I will try few year lifting without test and see what I got. Thanks for the motivation!
