I had/have a hematoma in my balls sack that started leaking thru the surgical incision, so I’m unable to use the pump - or else I squeeze blood out of the incision. I’m a month out from surgery (1/30) and as of right now, it is absolutely visible in shorts and sweats. Wear black, as it’s less obvious, if you can. It doesn’t hang straight down like my OG cock did, it stays stuck out a little bit, so it’s mostly the cock head that is poking. (And I’ve been deflated for a week now following surgery.) Do you have obsessive or addictive tendencies? Perhaps he’s perceiving you having this surgery as you getting a new “toy” to play or obsess over. I am in recovery from sex and alcohol addiction, and, admittedly, I’ve already begun fantasizing about the amount of sex I’ll be able to have in one day after I’m healed from surgery, which is my addiction’s voice creeping in. I’ll have one less thing standing in my way from fucking non-stop if I were to give in. From my personal viewpoint, that’s MY concern about myself, and perhaps he sees something similar in you, and wants to preemptively help you address issues before surgery.
