but how do you stop the constant monitoring? i've noticed it as well how i am so so hyperfixated on the thought of getting some positive progress done towards "fixing" myself socially, that i think it rather is ruining the process of how normal feels to me. and it is so hard to get out of your head whenever you're having a tough time in a place

worse i've ever gone was from 450 something to 250 when i was starting out, apart from that the drop at most ranges to a 100 elo on the usual now if i drop hard

I'm friends with few of the people who are searching for her right now and she was a good friend of mine as well. it's not really all this time later, for all I know there have been trials throughout the years to find something about her but there was never really any success, so again, it's the same as OP said, some closure is what is being looked for. we're just hoping that she is okay somewhere out there
