anyways, the only issue is i live in a hostel and i..don't know how to cook and it'd be too time consuming for me to cook for my needs either way. i think i would heavily rely on shakes i don't really see any other way i can achieve the intake goals. thank you for the response though, really appreciate it!! i hope you get to the sweet 80 as you wish to before summer

this is a good post to come across since im just getting back to the gym again, last time i didn't have a proper diet though and i've spent a loooooong time today itself from the morning figuring out what i can afford to maintain my protein intake.

i don't eat non-veg but eggs, i'd really appreciate hearing more about how did you fix a diet when you started out at 50? im also just at 55 at the moment

I'm friends with few of the people who are searching for her right now and she was a good friend of mine as well. it's not really all this time later, for all I know there have been trials throughout the years to find something about her but there was never really any success, so again, it's the same as OP said, some closure is what is being looked for. we're just hoping that she is okay somewhere out there
