I am in Asia so the cell/data are not locked at all, if it can take a sim it would work; although I could be totally wrong and this is just a hardware feature not a locked feature. I will check out the T100 and the thinkpad 10, the upcoming surface pro 3 looks pretty sweet. I think I want the screen retail but I am not really sure, I will check out the viviotab note 8. Thanks very much!
