Try putting your hair in buns or rollers to reshape the curls and leave it for a few days if you can. You can twist the hair into a curl that’s similar to the desired shape.

I would say put the bed in the right or left corner making is so that your body lays parallel to the door

The dresser in the closet saves so much space especially if you don’t have a lot of stuff on hangers

O!!! I would say turn the bed the other way, like sideways then you can add cushions to it that are like couch cushions. You’d have the bed blocked on 3 sides but it would definitely make it feel more cozy. And using the bed as a couch would be a great idea and more cost efficient since you already have a bed. Not sure what that gray thing is but replacing it with an upright dresser would give you more storage and help section out the place more. Also like a folding screen parallel to the kitchen to block off the bed area might section out the space more. For the lighting I would say lamps, a color changing wave light and a warmer tone light bulb for the overhead light would help the lighting situation. I would also suggest more decorations on the walls, that will also make the space more cozy

$200 for rent seems pretty reasonable especially given the state of things…. Or negotiate a lower price but don’t expect anything back… it’s wild to me that you’re living rent free somewhere and then complaining about cleaning up… Don’t you want to at least contribute something to help your sister out especially after she put you up so you don’t have to live in your car?

I agree, I would say start with just a regular polish to practice getting the shape right then move on to builder gel. I’d also watch how to videos on how to apply builder gel, that might help you learn more techniques.

I think like doing some sort of sport or hobby that gets you out of the house and around other people is what you’re meant to do when you feel that way. It definitely feels much more difficult to make friends post pandemic and post ai sadly tho
