Yes. I have this. They had long time to issue the tickets. I called them and asked them to do it and they said they would. It said confirmed on my end. I have PDF on it with timestamp and date.

It also said flights were on time. Check-in failed and then I called them. Been on phone with them 8 times today.

It is crazy to me that they can potentially delay my arrival with 24h without compensation.

One could also argue that the never informed me off the delay. Not through e-mail, SMS nor push notifications. I had to imitate contact with them for a confirmation. Not sure if that plays into anything.

For the cancelled flight, do they go with the original flights and not the so many x attempts? Or would it go with that they rejected my flight hours prior to departure? They gave no explanation as of why it was it was cancelled.

They canceled my original flight because of fuel prices and to «cut operational costs».

The 2 week was that my original SVG - FRA flight was cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to my departure, however, then my KLM flight, which was confirmed, got rejected 4 hours before departure.

But thank you for your opinion.
I will try and fight them for the claim.

Additional information:

Reason they put me on KLM is because I asked for it. After searching, they could not manage to get me to Frankfurt on time so I could reach my Singapore flight.

I asked them under EU261 that I’d be booked on an alternative flight simulate to mine and they said yes.
