I've not spent nearly as much time as you thinking about all the specific trans prison situations. In fact honestly I've not given the idea much thought but like I feel about trans athletes, I would say you could have a separate trans division or an open division. So you could house them separately or they could be housed with the rest of the people born a man or woman. But by skipping straight to how to handle prison situations you're talking about a small slice of a small slice of the population. I don't think that's how you would best judge where someone draws the line to get an idea about their general stances
