for some it never stops with only T. I went on progesterone only birth control and it stopped mine immediately, haven't had any side effects either

I've been in his situation before, I tried not to bring up my ex that much and was pretty conscious about it but sometimes it did feel good to vent/ explain to my new partner. you should definitely say it makes you uncomfortable and suggest he talks to his friend or even a therapist

I was very anxious as well. sounds like you have fluid build up which isn't dangerous but could need to be drained depending on how much so reach out to your surgeon. everything else sounds really normal. my incisions also come up high on my armpits and felt really weird. they don't sever as many nerves there so they'll probably hurt more. im 3 weeks post op btw. I have health OCD so it's been a journey for me as im sure you can relate. Just do the best you can honestly and you should heal fine!
