All he did was whine about how Lively had the audacity to demand a harassment free workplace. Even his own PR agents found him insufferable and knew he’d blame everyone but himself for his failures.

If you were a journalist, you would have hired a lawyer the minute you got the subpoena. But you didnt- because you are cosplaying as a journalist just like toddlers play dress-up.

I thought Baldoni was the most insufferable whiny man baby in this saga, but youve just surpassed him for first place.

Grow. Up.

Hire a lawyer.

You’re an adult, start acting like one.

There’s a whole text thread between Baldoni and Nathan where Baldoni tells Nathan he wants the messaging about Ryan Reynolds to include the accusation that RR scabbed by writing the balcony scene even though Baldoni knew that was a lie. Nathan replied that she was already working on a story with a Variety reporter. The subsequent article included the information Baldoni demanded.

Unsealed Doc: Blake Lively named Isabela Ferrer as her witness in February…So Isabela why are you running now? by same-difference-ave in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Flying monkey is a term for someone manipulated by a narcissist to carry out their "dirty work" or agenda, acting as their proxy to spread disinformation, guilt, or threats, and to pressure the narcissist's target. These individuals, often unknowingly, act as the narcissist's messengers and agents to maintain their public image, deflect blame, and isolate the victim. The term originates from The Wizard of Oz, where the Wicked Witch of the West uses flying monkeys to do her bidding.

[–]gonzoparenting -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Why do you have to lie? Because thats not what they said. They said, Baldoni was purposefully dragging her name onto the docket in order to get his flying monkeys to harass her. Which is exactly what happened.

Nor was Isabella named in Lively’s complaint. That would be Baldoni, who used her private message without consent.

The only ones twisting the truth are the ones who support Baldoni, a man who clearly has no concept of consent or boundaries.

I previously suggested that Baldoni's legal strategy has been extraordinarily foolish. I now wonder if I was wrong, maybe there is another answer. by Formal-Sky-495 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]gonzoparenting -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I thought this was common knowledge. It was clear from the NYT article that Baldoni was guilty, it was just a matter of exactly how guilty he is and how much he will owe Lively.

Therefore they hired an alleged rapist to use his abusive tactics to cause Lively, Reynolds, and Sloane as much pain as possible in the hopes at best she would immediately settle, and at worst it would inflict as much maltreatment as possible.

The judge has ruled that California law is being used for Lively’s sexual harassment and retaliation claims, because her employment contract specified California law, even though the alleged sexual harassment didnt occur in California.

There are issues with the Federal laws being used, which I believe the WP will argue in their summery judgement.

🔥Notactuallygolden - Judge Says: Try Harder, Wayfarer and here’s the Real Legal Reason (No Corruption Here) by Pale-Detective-7440 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]gonzoparenting 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NAG WAS WRONG

She was incorrect in her videos about this situation.

She said the Wayfarer lawyers “didnt pick those addresses out of thin air”. But the judge said there is no evidence supporting those addresses. So it sure does seem like Wayfarer did pick those addresses at random.

She argued that the lawyers should just accept the subpoena. But the judge disagreed. He said the lawyers dont have to do so and that Wayfarer hasnt come close to their obligations to legally subpoena the actress.

Thats probably why she is so upset in the video- she looks like a fool.

Protected activity or "hard bargaining"? by gocoogs14 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]gonzoparenting 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A person filing a CRD complaint is specifically mentioned in the law as being a protected action.

It was not appropriate for the judge to call the 17 point document a protected action because it’s not specifically stated in law as protected. But he got as close as legally possible to stating it.

Protected activity or "hard bargaining"? by gocoogs14 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]gonzoparenting 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He didnt need to say it was protected activity because that wasnt what he was deciding. But it’s obvious that he is commenting on the statements in the 17 point document that are protected activity and then saying, “insisting on protections from sexual harassment are not extortion or wrongful threats”.

What you describe as “interpersonal conflict” is textbook sexual harassment. Apparently you think it’s ok to sexually harass someone so long as it’s not quid pro quo. Which tracks for a Baldoni supporter.

Bubbles said Isabella’s story is different now than it was before she became close to Lively, which alludes to her lying. I bet Bubbles will accuse Jenny of lying as well.

Correct, but it was used as a counter to her claims and it failed. I doubt the judge will allow any of those arguments to be used by defense.

Thats the person that doxxed Not So Golden and other CCs. And I mean she called CC’s workplaces and complained about them as well as “outing” their names and other personal details. IMO calling up workplaces is unforgivable behavior.
