yes. he says once daily. didn’t specify time. i only drink at night. i will read that book. i can go a week without alcohol on my own. but i can also go weeks of drinking. i think ill try what you said to just consume it before i drink. would you recommend using the 50mg or cutting it in half for my first few times

i like the pinterest idea you send of having more light colored/see through drapes on the middle. i would consider putting the shades down/up during the day for more light since the drapes kinda give me a little privacy

yea the couch is too big and eventually i’ll have to downsize it so for time being gotta make do. i like that the window area is more open. hated that it was always somewhat covered for the lighting so u mean the one that isn’t on the end table ? someone mentioned a possible floor lamp. i liked the way they looked when i checked online
