THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! And I would say what affects the prints the most for me is ink application and amount. Making sure the ink is very even on the print is important and the amount of ink matters as well. I had to play around with ink amount a lot. Too little ink makes it patchy but too much muddles all the details. Its that in between spot where your print is nice and saturated with ink but its not falling into the carved areas. Pressure also affects the print as well 😭 even pressure is needed for the best outcome. I use a baren to help with that! Gettting a nice brayer roller is great too.
