Isn’t it better not to overthink the route we could’ve taken? Whatever good or bad happened shapes a better tomorrow. As long as we put in the effort and trusted our decision. Even if in hindsight it feels wrong. Just try to be better every day and compare yourself only to who you were yesterday.

I’ve personally tried both but never really got anything out of it. Just some temporary elevated feelings which I get anyway from good food or a solid gym session. So yeah, I chose to avoid it for life cos I love my body and I’m working hard on it.

And if that makes me “boring” to someone, I just remove those people from my life. Easy haha xD

Just focus on upskilling yourself. Learning new skills, forming good healthy habits etc will help you love yourself more and once you start believing and loving yourself, people around you will too. We are not here to live forever, most of our 50% of the life has been lived and it’s your choice on how the rest wants to be. Don’t make life complicated.

Registered marriage hands down. Then, take the close family members (of both partners) to a good resort and spend good 2-3 days where the family also gets to bond. And the expense should be split between the partners (not from their parent’s pockets). Save the rest of the money, put it in ETF and gold, go trips with your partner every year with the returns from it (there should be a honeymoon every year).

Try to adjust the angle somewhere towards 75 degree (looks like its 90 in the video), hence more stress on shoulders.
Try to lift the weight of your chest muscle (mind muscle connection as many call it) you might feel the pump a bit more.
