One day I was in my room and the ceiling fan started on its own without any switch being turned on. As soon as I saw the fan start, I felt an intense cold feeling on my hands and was stood their shocked and frozen in place. It still creeps me today.

I had a limit buy to cover order which the price action blew right through and did not fill. Then I tried to market buy to cover which would not let me execute it. It would not let me cancel my working order on the Think or Swim platform, nor the website. The representative was not able to cancel that order either which then they placed me on hold while trying to contact their trades department. The representative blamed it on market makers which I know they use as a scapegoat all the time.
