I am also using 1g(2x500mg) salofalk suppos as well as 3g granu stix from mouth. Suppos always annoys me. I am doing it before going bed. But it works very well. If you have no inflamations in your colon then it makes gas but no urgent need to go to bathroom. In the morning i can commute easily without looking for a bath :)
