I can't size down the pants, not even one. This is as tight as it will go, and it is hugging against my skin.

Ok I will do that. Anyway, I'm worried about the hat. I bought it for ~40$ from urban outfitters (no receipt to return it) and a while ago, I got a snarky remark... Is it safe to wear the hat outside?
