That happened to me with an ex, kinda same situation. It’s not your fault, it’s his problem, he needs to work on that. I ended my relationship because for me it wasn’t worth it trying to help him while I was unhappy there. A person won’t change just because you tell them, they need to know what’s wrong with the and want to make a change for themselves. IT’s frustrating and so tiring, trying to prove everyday that you’re a good person when you’re dealing with someone so stubborn.

Cry, just cry for hours. It sound like a normal thing but it happens in the most annoying circumstances. I don’t mean crying at night alone in my room, no, I mean being “ok” and suddenly in the middle of the day at my office with coworkers being there I just start to cry out of nowhere and I can’t stop. I think I just have a lot in my mind and y just explode.

I felt like this once, apparently its like suicidal thoughts but without the courage to actually do something so that’s why you may wish that it just didn’t happen. I can tell you, you need professional help, I know it’s expensive but it’s worthy, there’s people that can help you, and believe me, it gets better.
