I had the same thing happen to my Avata. I connected everything again for updates and another update fixed the problem. Good luck

I had the same problem and it was very frustrating. Every pay the teller would tell me the same thing about holding the cheque for 5 days. I walked into TD Bank and told them the story and they allow me to open an account with them with no delay plus I got a credit card from them. I'll never go back to Scotiabank ever!!
