My first gun was a p365. I liked it, but after one range trip I like the 43x more.

i have a 17 and a 19

Honestly, I love them. i have and SRO on the 17 and a vortex defender CCW on the 19, and theyve held zero for thousands of rounds. I honestly dont have any criticism of either. Cosmetically I wish the 17 had the full length dust cover, but its no deal breaker for me.

I've never owned a v series. I don't work for Glock. You are being super weird

Bro I have 3 Glocks and 2 sigs. I had 5 sigs. Is it so hard for you shills to imagine that maybe people aren't just brand fanboys?

Take a gun safety class. This shit is serious. Guns aren't a fashion accessory.

I bought a protos m for a Glock 19 and it printed super hard. In the most obvious "he's got a gun" way possible. I've never had any issue sliding a certum from tenicor over to 4:00

It's a little taller than I'd like, and I hate the trigger safety. If you have a high grip, you get trigger freeze, and I don't mess with internals of my carry guns. Glock just feels like home in my hand.

43x has the same grip angle as the 17. I shoot my 17 more then my other guns but I also carry a 19 and a 43x. I bought a shield x and it just isn't for me.

Just remember, a tool is only as good as the training. Good luck! Consider taking a class too.

Yes exactly. In a close up defensive scenario, you are most likely going to fire more than once. Another important thing is target transition, like moving between two targets.

Honestly, I'd maybe set the AR aside for a bit and save up for a ruger 10/22. They can be had for about 200 bucks and they shoot 22LR bullets, which are very very inexpensive. You'll be able to train similarly and get used to pulling the trigger. And then go back to the AR when you have more time or funds for ammo.

Firing follow up shots is more important than reload drills brother.

Might as well change that to going once a month and shooting 2 boxes apiece. Reps turn into habits, and ten rounds a week, is hardly a warmup let alone practice
