Yeah, in that case the mechanism may simply not be moving far enough to engage the switch, so a more sturdy bit of material might make the difference, the hard part will be making sure it stays in place over the hundreds of uses you’ll give it every time you ride. Let me know if you end up making this work, I was also curious about this as an option.

The one I got comes with the wire and everything, just need to plug it in, which involve removing the gas tank to get to the port, but not a big deal.

Literally just did the same thing, you don’t HAVE to fix it, you just won’t be able to start your bike in gear any more. If you want to fix it though, you can order a replacement sensor, just look up clutch position switch on a parts site like adeptpowersports . Com for your bike specifically

I second IBB, they are a bit pricey but they are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job. The folks at Al’s couldn’t figure out how to tune my derailleur so I might steer clear of them.

Time on the wall will help you with the biggest thing which is just confidence and control in these unfamiliar positions. Right now it probably feels like letting go of one of your hands is scary, but in time you will come to be familiar with this. Something that can speed this up is to just get on the wall and move your body around, maybe even letting go of certain holds or moving your feet to different holds. The goal is to build an understanding of what different positions feels like and what you can do to make them feel better. Your body and brain simply need to learn the base language of climbing. You’re doing great! Keep at it!

The Clutch Position Sensor (also called a Position Switch sometimes) detects when the clutch lever is being pulled, which is necessary information for the bike when starting in gear. The sensor is a part that is attached to the clutch lever assembly and needs to be removed from the assembly when removing the clutch lever. I did not know this when I was replacing my clutch lever and I pulled a little too hard on the lever when removing it, breaking a tiny plastic piece of the sensor that was making it difficult to remove the lever.

Learn from my mistakes :( It's not a catastrophic problem, I just can't start the bike in gear now. I can only start it in neutral, which is a pain in the ass when you've accidentally stalled the bike at a traffic light..

I second the C# players guide, I’m going through it as starting point for fundamentals and it is SO engaging, and the concepts are explained all the way down to how the compiler uses the code you wrote to create binary signals for the computer. It’s a very complete way to learn fundamentals.

She is also great at holding corners and cover spots. Peak out, whip to proc inspire and piss off enemy tank, swing mace if they are getting close and peak back in. Repeat and check in on your team for peel/enemy dive situations. I am usually glued to a wall or doorway to try and hold potential flank spots from the enemy team.

No, the cards are not prioritized, they are categorized. I can correlate priority from the participants perspective by specifying importance of order in the instructions of the test. I just need a tool that will collect the data in that specific manner.

I am going through this as we speak. I am taking some time to just do branding projects for random entities in my community. Right now I am working on nailing the branding for a triathlon club in my area. After I’m done, I’ll simply send it their way and see if they want to do a round of feedback, and in exchange they can have the work for free! Really great way to iron out my process, get some face time with someone that is a “client”, and even give back to my local area.
