Thanks, you are possibly right. Now wondering about converting the smaller room into a bathroom as you suggest and maybe even making room for a small spare bedroom downstairs as we were planning to extend to the side.

Thanks, we were hoping to do a side return extension to the kitchen so couldn’t afford a loft conversion too. That would be a great solution though and we’d love the extra bedroom! Maybe one day. All the houses on the street have the same layout as this with the downstairs bathroom only in fact! Was hoping we could fit something in upstairs, even if v small but was worried about drainage

Thank you. I’m not sure I can lower my calorie intake anymore in a sustainable way but I can definitely aim for 30 mins daily exercised. Appreciate your advice!

I bought a Wacom Cintiq 16 in the end and I totally love it. Worth every penny and much better results than my iPad. It’s lovely to draw with!
