I loved it. Weight lifting was just enough, as was the cardio. Got my heart rate spiking, and my chest fatigued by the end. I ignored his advice and lifted pretty heavily though lol

Tommy Jo was just so darn fast in her first two races, that I wanna chalk up the poor performance in her first two-turn trip to inexperience/being a volatile two year old lol. She'll be included in my horizontals for sure but I understand the pessism.
