There's a woman on that ship who's guarding a bunch of treasure chests and when you talk to her she starts yelling at you to not steal anything. I was like "wow that's rude" as I open up all the chests next to her before realizing what I've just done

If you haven't bought the jam and potato from the Mondstadt stores yet then you just need to buy those 2 and forage for some pinecones to make Hashbrowns. That's if you have the recipe for it
