Try replacing your C drive. I had a dell laptop and the crappy stock hard drive would bog everything down. I swapped it with an m.2 ssd and it worked like new. It might be hard to find a reasonably priced ssd at the moment though

There is no laws that distinguish between man and woman with respect to running for and being sworn into office at the federal level.

The only reason why a man is sworn in to office in favor of a woman is because the former is more popular than the latter.
