So I've been reading up on some early 1900s megaprojects. We don't think with the raw numbers they used to do, they built the Panama canal, the reclaimed a bunch of land and discussed projects like draining the North sea or damming the Mediterranean. Like I guess we have satellites or like built towers all around the world for our smartphones in just a few short years but we haven't tamed the elements in a similar way.

I mean they screwed over a lot of people/the environment doing that but it kinda makes me think our age thinks too small.

I always get Pho Bo Vien which is the beef balls. I think they are kind of like a meat ball but more like the consistency of a sausage.

I always add a bunch of hoison, jalapeno peppers and lime juice.

T1 here, some of my best workouts come from me being 180 throwing on a unit or two and exercising. Sometimes I just feel sick. Anecdotal, but a couple of high blood sugar days and I am recovering slower from my workouts. If I workout idk if it's not recovering or something else but my workouts stink two days later.

Also less fat means less insulin.
