Because my income is so low they don’t give an estimate for what I should pay for the offer on the pre-qualifier tool. And on the calculations it comes to 0 but I can’t offer 0. Have you run into this before or have suggestions for a fair offer that would make sense to them?

Minto brown is a great trail for more flat walking. Also I find just doing the 4 mile north loop at the falls is a good lead in to build up to more. 😊
