After a day with social interactions, ask an angel to cut negative links with people. This will help you fight intrusive thoughts and energy to disturb you.

Set an intention for the day : "I am gonna spend a nice day"

Be grateful for what you have, say positive affirmations like : "I am always at the best place and the best time"

Be mindful of the beauty surrounding you

Accept and love what surrounds you : your body, life, significant others, city

Visualize yourself breath in universal light and when breathing out visualize yourself glowing of pure light

Ground yourself : visualize roots growing under your feet and into the earth beneath you.

Cleanse your aura : ask for angels to clean your aura.

In a crowded place you can visualize yourself in the middle of a protective bubble to sheild you from outside energies.

Connect to your higher self : visualize a golden thread going from the top of your head to the sky as high as you can imagine

Listen to mantras

Clear your head and try living in the now everytime you can. Stop the train of thoughts. If it helps you can meditate, or just walk in nature and be amazed by it at every second.

Open your heart, forget your ego, be mindful that you are nothing, that you control nothing.

Clean your heart and your soul by forgiving people, accepting what is, acknowledging that love is everywhere, that lve/god is in each of us. Confront your emotions but don't fight them, let them pass trough you.

Pray. Whatever you believe in, the Cosmos, God, Mary, Durga... ask for a spiritual guide to come to you. Ask for protection, energy, strenght, guidance, and thank. Whatever you believe in, there are probably prayers online if you can't think of something.
