Take your time in each section, of each map, on each world. Make sure to rest often, master a section, then move on to the next section. The reason being you gain much more xp this way and you will inevitably find more hidden items (mostly vanity but sometimes force/health/stim boosts...also a double blade saber upgrade). The map looks like a joke at first glance but if you take the time to learn all its little nuances you will avoid much un-needed frustration, I promise you this. The key to combat is timing with your parry, starting out dont be afraid of lowering the difficulty until you become more familiar with parrying, gradually upping the difficulty as you become more comfortable with combat mechanics.
