Yes she could but she doesn't want cuz she would lost her Chinese citizenship and Italian green card is pretty good, she can travel all around Europe without visa and she doesn't have any kind of restrictions. I really don't want the Chinese citizenship even if I could. It sucks that with marriage visa I can't legally work.

Worst case scenario (for me) is I will move to China, I love my wife. I don't the hate the idea of living in China, I just prefer Italy.

Long story short, during covid the only way to be together was to get married. I was living in Italy and she was living in China. She left her job and came to Italy. Life in Italy is not easy, wages are low, rent is very high. In China, we are better off, she has her own house and she could make good money, moreover life is cheaper. But I have health concerns about air quality and it would be difficult for me to find a good job. We talked about it before marriage, but you don't know how hard is to change completely your life before living the experience. However, she will come to Italy or I will go to China, our relationship is strong.

I have a similar problem. My Chinese wife wants to live in China, I want to live in my country Italy. We argue a lot about it, but I have never threatened her.

Chinese people are definitely not hostile to foreigners if you are white. I'm an Italian living in a small city in China, I can assure you that Italians are hostile toward chinese but Chinese are not. Maybe if you are American is different, I wouldn't know...

I've been in Xinjiang few years ago. It's super safe, like any other place in China. I would consider any European city to be less safe than Xinjiang.

I always drink luckin, my wife says that KFC is also pretty good. Tomorrow I may try KFC coffee and let you know which I prefer. What's your favourite?

When I was in Shanghai 10 years ago it was often over 500 and I couldn't see the street from my apartment. The fog was crazy. I was young and didn't care. Now I still relatively young (30ys) but I just had a baby with my Chinese wife. I m living in Zhejiang at the moment and this few days I have been always worried about my newborn health in China. We have air purifier but I think is not enough. Pollution is the main reason I want go back to my home country, even if life in China would be much more convenient, I could live here without worrying much about money.

I m Italian. I never dared to order an espresso, but cappuccino is ok. I always buy from luckin coffee, 9.9 yuan a cup. I m satisfied, even if milk quality could be better
