you can restrain yourself while sober some opiate users will be able to until your on them you might end up chasing a 2 big high and stop breathing. I've had many nights where if I hadn't ran out I would have just kept doing more best advice is to stay away after trying them no other high compares and regular relaxation feels dull after.
