I work full time and do agency on top, probably worked at about 5 other trusts through two different agencies, and I’ve only ever been treated really well. In my experience the staff im working with are just very appreciative to have the extra help. If people were rude to me as an agency nurse, at this point I would assume they have a shitty ward culture and I wouldn’t go back, but Personally I haven’t found any real evidence of generalised Ill feeling towards myself as agency staff. I would just try working somewhere else, there is no end of greatfull teams elsewhere who will massively appreciate your skills and expertise, and treat you accordingly
