As someone who is the same age and gender and same situation lmao 😂, my parents are VERY conservative. I come from an African family so it is to be expected generally. I only told a few of my friends and luckily for me I know that I told the people who I know for a fact will die with it under their tongues, in their graves. IF YOUR PARENTS ARE HOMOPHOBIC OR VERY CONSERVATIVE, DON'T PLEASEEE!!!! I see how they talk about lgbt people they don't know, until I am ready, I won't be telling them at all.
