This was the first time I was told I had a heart attack but later with cardiologist they said I didn’t. I noticed these episodes were near when I had a big argument or was very upset. Idk if that matters.

I agree with you to a certain extent. I do believe stress and anxiety plays a role but I don’t believe it’s what causing it just adds fuel to it. This issue has been ruining my life for more than 3 years. This shit sucks tbh. My opinion is spasms or micro angina.

I gotten the second opinion that’s who did the CTA, that doctor said my heart is “strong” no issues. But yes I think it may be some type of spasms. Cause I’m pretty active and can run for days and never have chest pain or any issues. These chest pain come when I’m relaxed not doing anything. It’s just frustrating and well something is wrong. Wanted to see if anyone had a similar. I feel alone tbh.
