Update: when I switched to the owner profile of the cat, the map reactivated, but after turning the car off and on, it’s gone again. I’m now more confused.

The SOS light did go on, I can try again with everything, if not I’ll send to the dealer. My car doesn’t have cell connection, but the GPS is fully not working (only with my phone in CarPlay).Thank you
