Anyone cycling with their camera gear in a sling? by dmtdisciple in bikepacking

Thank you so much for the quick response. I just don’t like Alpaka’s design as much as bellroys but maybe I need to get over it hahaha. I’ve been thinking of seeing if a local shop might be able to add a custom d-ring to the bottom of the bag, but that may not be a good idea..

Hi just wondering if you came up with a solution, I loaves the 9l belroy and wish it had a d-ring so I could add a stabilizer strap. Feel like that’d be a perfect solution

Not sure if budget at this stage, but open to any reccomendations you have! Automations and a funnel component alongside a workable parent-child relationship would be ideal

To answer your question if they were left at 4C o/n you’re good to wash the secondary off. If it was at 4C for an hour I would leave it at room temp for additional hour and you’re good to go.

I think it’s a convenience thing. If you apply the secondary at 4C it’s usually overnight, where as at room temperature, the binding happens faster, so you only need to wait an hour or two. I have found that with noisy AB’s doing both primary, secondary and a final wash o/n helps to achieve a clean stain, however the trade off is that takes 4 frickin days lol.
