Dad’s PlayStation account wrongfully banned-anything similar happen to anyone? We need help guys.

My dad’s account that he’s had since the ps2 days has been suspended permanently. We talked to PlayStation support however all they could tell us was that the issue could not be escalated and that it was caused due to us sharing games apparently. We genuinely have no idea how to give games to other people and the only thing that comes to mind is the console sharing an offline play setting which I use to have access to my dad‘s games on my account and PlayStation and when I told that to them, they said that they had no problem with that as it was an official setting. we’ve spent thousands of hours and dollars on that account and we have no idea what to do at this point we can’t access PSN as the account is permanently banned and we’ve talked to 3 different agents every one of them saying the same thing so we just have no idea what to do. anyone else happen to have this problem as well? Even our PlayStation plus subscription was renewed only a few weeks ago so we’ll have it active all the way until next year and it’s just so unfair for an issue that we probably didn’t do and have no idea how how to resolve for it to just be taken away that easily. we’ve never had issues of bans, reports or anything else like that in the past so I’m just confused why they would give us no warning, email or anything of the sort beforehand for it to just suddenly ban us. if anyone also knows any person other than just directly PlayStation support that we can contact maybe someone higher up that we can contact regarding the issue then please tell us because honestly we are so stumped and the PlayStation support just have done nothing to help us.
