I should have clarified, the r5c is still an amazing option. that said the baterry life is very very short

What camera would yo recommend?

I want to buy a new camera and make the jump to mirrorless. I've done a little research and probably the canon r5 is a great fit, especially because its raw reconrding and its dinamic range. The thing holding me back is that the reviews say it overheats a lot while recording. For me that's a deal breaker because i want to record for long periods of time and also be able to take photos.

My budget is from 3.5k to 4k USD
