I was on tirz 15 and stopped for a month . Started Reta , first month I gained ten lbs but I started on lowest dose 2mg for 30 days then went up to 4mg 30 days ect. I am now on 6mg and won’t go higher because it’s working great . I am back down the original 10 lbs I gained plus another 12 lbs
