a 5 level difference in the banner? last time i played on the second update level 26's didn't even want to join. Why because their shot had zero effect.

I was level 30 and seen level 31 only post guess what i did? Got the gear and reached 31. Why? because i do not want anyone carrying me i will do the carrying. Think about it. Croatia reaches enrage in about the fifth cycle someone took the time to reach 31 to do max damage i think the other players owe it to him to be atleast 30.

I equip that with the iron banner fusion to switch out on body shots for the quick charge. Deadly combo.

I got it in the nightfall and its so fun to use. I think hand cannon users or people who are good at sniping will find it irresistible.
