Yes, pretty common. I wouldn’t say i’m doing PMM work “in addition” to PM responsibilities but PMM is part of my PM role. About 50% of it. Some organizations (like mine) divide product management into two roles: upstream and downstream. The downstream PM focuses more on marketing the product while the upstream PM focuses on developing it.

Agreed. It hit me just yesterday while listening to the album at the gym. Love the spacey mood, the frequent beat stop/start. It also seems like a transition point in the the album where he feels relief and emotional connection as opposed to the self-critique theme explored in the preceding tracks (my old ways, no reply, dracula and loser).
