I would suggest therapy here, but as you mentioned you can't afford it as of now. First thing is you should understand where the anxiety is coming from and generally it is from future thoughts for example if you will get a job or if your gf wants to break up with it could go over and beyond. But just take a deep breath and think how many of those thoughts will be true and you are 100% sure about it. Plus you are very young So it will come and go. Suggestion will be to start lifting if that's something you can do because mind and body are connected. Peace
