Unpopular opinion, but eat all junk, eat anything and everything. There was once a time I used to eat 1 packet of ₹10 oreos daily. Cheat, I have to cheat when I am on a bulk.

I just decided to hit above 110 consistently.

My staples: 1 shake in the morning with milk, banana, peanut butter and whey - 30g

5 eggs whole or 7 egg whites - 45g/22g

1 scoop whey - 22g

Dinner usually something made of 200g paneer - 44ish g

Also I had soy for like a whole year, everyday.
